Rules and Guidelines
CREATE a Beat! Spring Fling Craft Show proceeds will go to help provide fee waivers for children
who do not have the opportunity to experience artistic endeavors.
1. Deadline for Booth Registration is April 1, 2011.
2. We do not want to have duplicate exhibitors so we will accept registration on a first come first serve basis. In the event that we have duplicate entries we will return your check with your application.
3. The Spring fling Craft Committee reserves the right to request any item that we feel is objectionable to be removed from your booth.
4. Exhibitors with children must keep them with them at all times.
5. There will be no refund of booth charges after the April 1, 2011 registration deadline.
6. Booth assignment will be made based on the date registration is received.
7. You are responsible for providing and draping your own table. Tables and table drapes will not be provided.
8. There is a $25.00 service charge per returned checks.
9. Electricity will be provided for an additional charge, please be sure and indicate on your registration form is you want electricity.
10. The building will be open after 5:45 pm on Friday, April 15th until 8:00 pm. Building will open on Saturday, April 16th at 8:00 am. Booths must be set up by 9:00 am on Saturday, April 16th.
11. The building will be closed and locked from 8:00 pm Friday evening until 8:00 am on Saturday morning. There will be volunteers watching the craft show area during the set up hours 5:45-8:00 pm Friday and 8:00-9:00 am Saturday.
12. Show Hours will be Saturday, April 16th from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
